We\u2019re excited to announce the appointment of Amy Crowther as President, Americas, formally initiating the leadership transition that will position her to become the Americas CEO in 2026. Her appointment comes as we continue to deliver strong performance and advance the strategic acquisition of RocketSource<\/strong><\/a>, sharpening our focus on AI-driven marketing and helping brands outperform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amy, who previously held the position of Chief Client Officer, has been central to advancing our client relationships and operational rigor. Beginning in January 2026, she will assume full operational leadership of the Americas business, overseeing strategy, execution, and client engagement across key focus areas such as integrated media, creative, data and measurement, Marketing Intelligence, and AI-enabled operation for scales, multi-market delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amy\u2019s appointment also marks the first phase of our planned CEO succession. Alex Langshur<\/strong><\/a>, the current CEO, Americas, will move into a new role as of July 1st 2026, as Executive Advisor and M&A Integration Leader, where he will provide strategic guidance to ensure a smooth leadership handover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She brings deep experience from leadership roles at organizations like Jellyfish, (IPG) Reprise and Dentsu. Amy’s work has included building and overseeing multinational strategy and planning teams, global client delivery, and strategic lead to clients across sectors on marketing best practices. Her diverse background across media, strategy, consultancy, and performance provides a strong foundation for strengthening the Americas organization and advancing Incubeta\u2019s long-term operating strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
