Commerce Casino wanted to give its users a richer experience and also help them understand their customers’ behavior.

We pitched a website, iOS and Android app for players to add themselves to waitlists on-the-go, order food and drinks from their phone, and schedule rides to and from the casino.

We built an integration between these and Salesforce, so the casino could combine CRM user data with user behavior and interaction on the app.
